It is now a legal obligation for all businesses with employees to enable access to a pension scheme. We provide guidance and support, from identifying those who are affected by the legislation and supporting you through the auto enrolment process.
Whether your employees work full time or part time, you will have to enrol them in a workplace pension scheme if they;
- work in the UK
- are not already in a suitable workplace pension scheme
- are at least 22 years old and under State Pension age
- earn more than £10,000 a year for the tax year 2018-19.
If employees earn less than £10,000, but above £6,032 (for the tax year 2018-19) your don’t have to automatically enrol your employees in the scheme.
